With 20 years of project management expertise and 15 years of crafting memorable vacations, I bring a personal touch to group travel planning. I emphasize customer service and am committed to planning and booking trips that create lasting memories.

How it Works

First, submit a travel request, an inquiry, or set up a virtual appointment.

I work directly with you to learn about your group or organization. I provide recommendations for destinations, accommodations, and activities.

You and I will collaborate on the options best suited to your group, including trip protection. Once a decision is made, I send an electronic invoice to reserve your spot.

Each person in your group can pay their invoice separately, or an invoice for the whole group can be generated and paid at once. Payment plans are available for most travel packages.

Solo(ish) Travel

Solo travel is trending!

I work carefully to design trips that cater to solo travelers. I open the trips up to any solo traveler who wants to join. Although traveling alone, you will travel to the same location during the same window as others and have a similar itinerary.

You can identify as a Baelys Solo Traveler or remain anonymous and enjoy the trip knowing that others are traveling with you.
